Masashi Hirose is a Japanese voice actor born on 6 November 1947 in Osaka Prefecture. He is affiliated with Production Baobab and has worked in anime, video games and foreign film dubbing since the 1970s.

He voiced Kanta's Father in *My Neighbor Totoro* (1988). He is also known for Ramba Ral in *Mobile Suit Gundam* (1979) and its film trilogy, as well as roles in *Cowboy Bebop* (1998), *Fate/Zero* (2011) and *One Piece Film: Z* (2012). In September 2014 he was hospitalised for an unspecified illness and has since been inactive, with several of his roles recast.
