Masatoshi Tsurubuchi (also credited as 鶴渕充寿 or Yoshihisa Tsurubuchi) is a Japanese film editor. He served as editor on the animated feature *The Castle of Cagliostro* (1979) and worked on numerous anime productions, including several *Lupin the Third* television specials and films such as *Lupin the Third: Legend of the Gold of Babylon* (1985). His credits also encompass the English-language animated series *Inspector Gadget* (1983–1985), *Space Adventure Cobra* (1982), *Golgo 13: The Professional* (1983) and many entries in the *Soreike! Anpanman* film series.
