Mathew Hart is a producer and production manager working primarily in film and television. He is also credited as Matthew Hart. His early credits include location manager on *Cocktail* (1988). He later served as unit production manager on films such as *John Q* (2002), *The Recruit* (2003), *Final Destination 5* (2011) and *Runner Runner* (2013).

Hart has worked as line producer, co-producer and executive producer on titles including *Don't Breathe* (2016), *The Man* (2005), *Take the Lead* (2006) and *Ophelia* (2019). On television he has been producer or executive producer on series such as *Fargo* (2020), *Tell Me Lies* (2022–) and *DAHMER – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story* (2022), for which he received Emmy nominations.
