Matt Fleckenstein is an American television writer and producer. He was born on 29 October 1978 in Niagara Falls, New York.

He began his career as a writers' assistant and assistant to Seth MacFarlane on *Family Guy* from 2001 to 2006, later receiving writing credits on two episodes of the series in 2005 and 2009. He has written episodes of *Drake & Josh*, *Zoey 101*, *iCarly* and *Victorious*, and served as a producer on the latter two. Fleckenstein created the Nickelodeon series *Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn*, on which he also worked as executive producer.
