## Biography

Matt Ford is an Australian screenwriter. He has written episodes for numerous television series, including three episodes of the science-fiction series *Farscape* (2001–2002), on which he also served as script editor.

His other credits include episodes of *Stingers* (2002–2004), *Love Is a Four-Letter Word* (2001), *Dance Academy* (2010), *My Life Is Murder* (2019) and *Bloom* (2020). He has also written for *Sea Patrol*, *Satisfaction*, *Lockie Leonard* and more recent series such as *Underbelly: Vanishing Act* (2022) and *Warnie* (2023). Ford has worked as a producer on some projects and received an AFI Award nomination for best screenplay in television.

Ford is also a musician, performing under the stage name Pinky Beecroft as lead singer and keyboardist with the band Machine Gun Fellatio.
