## Biography

Matt Platts-Mills is a British film and television editor. He studied film at Bournemouth Art College after A-levels in science. He began his career as an edit assistant in a corporate video company and worked as a floor runner on the 1995 film *Rob Roy*.

Platts-Mills has edited a range of feature films and series. He collaborated with director Jon Wright on *Tormented* (2009), *Grabbers* (2012) and *Robot Overlords* (2015), on which he also served as script consultant. His credits include *The Enfield Haunting* (2015), *Don't Knock Twice* (2017), *The Alienist* (2018), *The Gentlemen* (2024) and *Havoc* (2025).
