Ross began his career on *Two and a Half Men*, where he worked as a writer and story editor from 2012 to 2015. He went on to write and produce episodes of *The Ranch* (2016–2020) and served as a writer and executive producer on *Bob Hearts Abishola* (2019–2024). He has also contributed to *Lady Dynamite*.
