Matthew Boulton (also credited as Mathew Boulton) was a British stage and film actor. Born in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, he established himself in the theatre before taking supporting roles in films.

He appeared as Superintendent Talbot in Alfred Hitchcock's *Sabotage* (1936) and as a fake police officer (uncredited) in *The 39 Steps* (1935). Other British credits include *Night Must Fall* (1937). He later emigrated to Hollywood, where he worked until the early 1950s, often playing police or military officers. His American films include *The Woman in Green* (1945) and *The Woman in White* (1948).

Boulton was married to Ruth Dockray. He died in Los Angeles in 1962.
