Matthew Freund is a film and television editor. His credits include editing 19 episodes of the NBC series *The Good Place* (2016–2020).

He edited and served as co-producer on the 2023 science fiction comedy film *Robots*. Other editing work includes episodes of *What We Do in the Shadows* (2019 and 2024), *Schmigadoon!* (2021–2023), *Single Parents* (2018–2020) and the 2020 special *A Parks and Recreation Special*.

Freund has received Primetime Emmy nominations for his editing.
