## Biography

Matthew Hannam is a Canadian film and television editor and director. Born on 8 September 1981 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, he has worked on numerous feature films and series.

He won two Canadian Screen Awards for editing: Best Film Editing for *Enemy* (2014) and Best Editing in a Comedy Series for *Sensitive Skin*. He was also nominated for a Genie Award for Best Film Editing for *Trigger* (2011). His other editing credits include *The Iron Claw* (2023), *Babygirl* (2024), *White Noise* (2022), *Possessor* (2020), *Wildlife* (2018) and *The OA* (2016). Hannam made his directorial debut with the 2018 short film *Paseo*, which was named to the Toronto International Film Festival's Canada's Top Ten list.
