## Biography

Matthew Moore is an Australian director and writer. He graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 1998.

Moore has directed episodes of the series *The Great* (2021–2023), *Colin from Accounts* (2022), *Outlander: Blood of My Blood* (2025) and *Two Weeks in August* (2026). He also served as a staff writer on *The Great*. His earlier credits include directing on *Home and Away*, *Bump* and *Diary of an Uber Driver*.

His short films *Julian* (2012) and *The Amber Amulet* (2013) won Crystal Bears at the Berlin International Film Festival. He has received nominations from the Australian Directors Guild for his television work.
