Matthew Munn is an American production designer and art director. Born on 9 August 1975 in Alaska, he holds a master's degree in architecture from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

He began his career as an art director on independent features including *The Wrestler* (2008) and *Adventureland* (2009). As production designer he has worked on *Compliance* (2012), *Z for Zachariah* (2015) and *The Hunt* (2020), and on television series such as *Girls* (2013–2017), *The Sinner* (2017–2020), *Dr. Death* (2021) and *Before* (2024). He frequently collaborates with director Craig Zobel.

His recent credits include production design on the series *Scarpetta* (2026) and *Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed* (2026).
