Robinson co-wrote and co-directed the comedy *The Invention of Lying* (2009) with Ricky Gervais. His other screenwriting credits include the story for *Monster Trucks* (2016), the screenplay for *Dora and the Lost City of Gold* (2019), the screenplay for *Love and Monsters* (2020), and the screenplay for *The Last House* (2026).
