Matt Salsberg, also credited as Matthew Salsberg, is a Canadian television writer and producer. Born in Montreal, Quebec, he graduated from Concordia University with a BA in urban studies before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in screenwriting.

Salsberg began writing for series including *Big Wolf on Campus* (2000–2002) and contributed to *Entourage* and *The War at Home*. He joined the writing staff of *Weeds* (2005) from its first season, rising through the ranks to become an executive producer by the later seasons of the eight-year Showtime series. He later worked as a consulting producer on *Kidding* (2020).

In addition to his television work, Salsberg has had success as a professional poker player, including a World Poker Tour title in 2012.
