Matthew Wood is an American sound editor and voice actor. He works as a supervising sound editor at Skywalker Sound in Marin County, California.

Wood began his career at Lucasfilm and has supervised sound editing on numerous films, including the Star Wars prequel and sequel trilogies, *WALL·E* (2008), *Guardians of the Galaxy* (2014) and *Knives Out* (2019). He has received five Academy Award nominations for sound editing.

He has also worked as a voice actor, providing the voice of General Grievous in the Star Wars franchise and H.E.R.B.I.E. in *The Fantastic Four: First Steps* (2025).
