## Biography

Maulik Pancholy is an American actor. He played Jonathan, the assistant to Jack Donaghy, on the NBC series *30 Rock* (2006–2013). Other television roles include Sanjay Patel on *Weeds* (2005–2012) and the voice of Baljeet Tjinder on *Phineas and Ferb* (2007–2015).

Pancholy studied theatre at Northwestern University and received an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. His credits include appearances in *The Sopranos*, *27 Dresses*, *Elementary*, *Star Trek: Discovery* and *Only Murders in the Building*. He has performed on Broadway in *It’s Only a Play* and other stage productions.

He is the author of the novels *The Best at It* (2019) and *Nikhil Out Loud* (2022).
