Maurizio Lodi-Fè was an Italian film producer and production manager. Born on 1 June 1918 in Thessaloniki, Greece, he died on 26 May 2015 in Rome.

He began working in the Italian film industry in the late 1940s as a location consultant and later served as production manager or unit manager on several international productions, including *Roman Holiday* (1953), *Helen of Troy* (1956) and *Ben-Hur* (1959). From 1961 he worked as a producer, initially with Mars Film and later Verona Produzioni Cinematografiche, on films directed by Valerio Zurlini, Bernardo Bertolucci, Alberto Lattuada and Franco Brusati.

His producing credits include *Girl with a Suitcase* (1961), *Sodom and Gomorrah* (1962), *After the Fox* (1966), *The Conformist* (1970), *Kill the Fatted Calf and Roast It* (1970) and *Bread and Chocolate* (1974).
