Max Elliott Slade is an American actor. Born on 4 July 1980 in Pasadena, California, he began his career as a child performer.

His early roles include young Gil Buckman in the 1989 film *Parenthood* and the character Colt in *3 Ninjas* (1992), *3 Ninjas Kick Back* (1994) and *3 Ninjas Knuckle Up* (1995). In 1995 he played Jay Lovell in *Apollo 13*.

Slade later appeared uncredited in *Frost/Nixon* (2008) and in the 2019 short film *We Are Love*. He earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Southern California.
