Max Tash is an American television director, producer and writer. He began his career in production on the series *WKRP in Cincinnati* (1978–1982) and later directed episodes of numerous series including *Northern Exposure* (1990), *Parker Lewis Can't Lose* (1990), *Dinosaurs* (1991), *Weird Science* (1994), *Sister, Sister* (1994), *Touched by an Angel* (1994), *Diagnosis: Murder* (1993) and *Martial Law* (1998).

Tash has also directed television films such as *A Perry Mason Mystery: The Case of the Grimacing Governor* (1994) and *The Adventures of Captain Zoom in Outer Space* (1995), as well as the feature films *The Runnin' Kind* (1989) and *Girls of Summer* (2008). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his producing work.
