## Biography

May Hong is a South Korean and American actress, model and artist. Born in Seoul on 24 October 1988, she moved to the United States at the age of six and grew up in New York. She received a BFA in printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2010.

Hong began modelling in 2011 and has worked for designers including Eckhaus Latta, Marc Jacobs, Gucci and Adidas. Her acting credits include episodes of *Broad City* (2017), *High Maintenance* (2018–2019), *New Amsterdam* (2019) and *Hacks* (2022). Her first lead role was as Margot Park in the Netflix series *Tales of the City* (2019). She voiced Mira in the animated film *KPop Demon Hunters* (2025).
