McKinley Belcher III is an American actor. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and studied at Belmont University, where he earned a BA in Communication Studies and Political Science, before completing an MFA in Acting at the University of Southern California School of Dramatic Arts in 2010.

He is known for his roles as Agent Trevor Evans in the Netflix series *Ozark* (2017–2022), Samuel Diggs in the PBS series *Mercy Street* (2016–2017), Anthony Carter in the Fox series *The Passage* (2019), Carl Otieno in the Netflix limited series *Zero Day* (2025), and Detective Michael Ledroit in the Netflix series *Eric* (2024), for which he received a BAFTA TV Award nomination for Supporting Actor. Other credits include *Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt* (2015) as Bryce, *One Piece* (2023) as Arlong, and films such as *Marriage Story* (2019) and *The Art of Racing in the Rain* (2019).
