She began her career as a performer and gained prominence as Grace Bowman in the ABC Family series *The Secret Life of the American Teenager* (2008–2013). Park made her feature directorial debut with *The Fallout* (2021), which she also wrote; the film won the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at South by Southwest. She followed this with *My Old Ass* (2024), which she wrote and directed. In 2026 she created, wrote and directed the Prime Video series *Sterling Point*.
