Fang Mei, also credited as Mei Fang or 梅芳, is a Taiwanese actress. She began her career in radio in 1954 and moved into television in 1963, later appearing frequently in films directed by Hou Hsiao-hsien.

She is known for roles including Nie Feng's Mother in *The Assassin* (2015), Wu's Mother in *A City of Sadness* (1989), Chin's Mother in *Taipei Story* (1985), Wan's Mother in *Dust in the Wind* (1986), and Ming's Wife in *The Time to Live and the Time to Die* (1985). Other credits include appearances in *Three Times* (2005), *That Day, on the Beach* (1983), and *A Summer at Grandpa's* (1984).

Mei Fang won the Golden Horse Award for Best Supporting Actress for *Orz Boyz* (2008) and received the Golden Bell Award for Lifetime Contribution in 2016.
