Melanie Kilburn is an English actress. She was born in Bradford, West Yorkshire, and trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Kilburn began her career in the early 1980s. She is known for television roles including Jill in *Making Out* (1989–1991), Carol Anderson in *Soldier Soldier*, Laura Bryant in *The Bill*, and Reverend Irene Mills in *EastEnders* (2017–2018 and since 2022). Her film credits include Gloria in *God's Own Country* (2017). She has also appeared in series such as *Brassic*, *All Creatures Great and Small*, *Vera* and *Midsomer Murders*.
