Melinda Eshelman is a costume designer for film and television. She holds an MFA in Costume Design from Carnegie Mellon University and is originally from Franklin, Pennsylvania.

She began her career with wardrobe and assistant roles on independent films including *Reservoir Dogs* (1992) and *Bad Lieutenant* (1992). Eshelman later served as costume designer on *Office Space* (1999), *Where the Heart Is* (2000), *Breast Men* (1997) and *The Funeral* (1996), among others. She has worked with directors including Quentin Tarantino, Abel Ferrara and Mike Judge, and has also designed for television and commercials.

Eshelman has returned to Pennsylvania as Associate Professor of Costume Design at Carnegie Mellon University.
