Melissa Lawson Cheung is a film and television editor. She trained at the Academy of Art University and began her career as a first assistant editor on features including *Red Tails* (2012) and *Battleship* (2012).

She later edited independent films such as *Gutshot Straight* (2014), *Last Man Club* (2016) and *Mile 22* (2018). In television, her credits include episodes of *Outlander* (2016–2017), *Mr. Robot* (2019) and *Secret Invasion* (2023). She is an editor on the Disney+ series *Daredevil: Born Again* (2025).
