## Biography

Meredith Lavender is a television writer and producer. She wrote thirteen episodes of the series *Nashville* (2012–2016) and held producing roles including executive producer, co-executive producer and supervising producer on the show.

She also wrote an episode of *The Gifted* (2017) and the teleplay for an episode of *The Flight Attendant* (2020). With writing partner Marcie Ulin, Lavender served as showrunner and executive producer on *The Flight Attendant*. The pair received WGA Award nominations for new series on both *Nashville* and *The Flight Attendant*, and *The Flight Attendant* earned an Emmy nomination for outstanding comedy series.

In 2026, Lavender and Ulin signed a first-look deal with MGM Television. She has also written the novels *Happy Wife* and *Perfect Life*.
