Meyer Dolinsky (also credited as Mike Dolinsky or Michael Adams) was an American screenwriter. He wrote radio scripts before moving into television and film, and later taught at Westchester High School in Los Angeles.

His television credits include episodes of *The Outer Limits* (1963–64), *Star Trek* (1968), *Mission: Impossible* (1969), *Hawaii Five-O* (1969–73) and *Cannon* (1972–74).
