## Biography

Micah Sloat is an American actor. He was born on 8 May 1981 in Westport, Connecticut.

He obtained a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Skidmore College in 2004. Sloat moved to Los Angeles in 2005, where he studied acting and attended the Musicians Institute. He played the lead role of Micah in the horror film *Paranormal Activity* (2007), directed by Oren Peli, and reprised the role in *Paranormal Activity 2* (2010). He made a cameo appearance as Micah in *Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones* (2014).
