Michael Bell is an American actor and voice actor. Born on 30 July 1938 in Brooklyn, New York, he has worked in film, television and animation since the mid-1950s.

He is known for voice roles in animated series and films including *The Transformers* (1986), *G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero* (1985), *Rugrats* (as Chas Finster and Drew Pickles), *The Smurfs* and additional voices in *Cars* (2006) and *Tangled* (2010). Live-action credits include Groppler Zorn in the *Star Trek: The Next Generation* pilot (1987), appearances in *Dallas* and a self appearance in *Tongues Untied* (1990). He has been married to actress Victoria Carroll since 1984; their daughter Ashley Bell is also an actress.
