Michael Benni Pierce is an American film and television editor. He grew up in New Jersey and began editing at the age of 12 by connecting two VHS decks. He studied at Hampshire College before moving to New York and later Los Angeles, where he works as a professional editor.

Pierce is credited as editor on five episodes of the series *Star Trek: Picard* (2022–2023). His other editing work includes episodes of *Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.* (2015–2017) and the documentaries *Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy* (2010) and *Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th* (2013).
