Michael Bregman is an American film producer, also credited as Michael S. Bregman or Michael Scott Bregman. He is the son of producer Martin Bregman.

He produced *Carlito's Way* (1993) with his father, as well as *Sea of Love* (1989), *The Shadow* (1994), *Nothing to Lose* (1997), *The Bone Collector* (1999) and *The Adventures of Pluto Nash* (2002). He directed and wrote the direct-to-video sequel *Carlito's Way: Rise to Power* (2005).
