## Biography

Michael Goldsmith is a British film and television editor. He worked on the BBC science-fiction series *Doctor Who* (1963), serving as film editor on the 1978–1979 serial *The Power of Kroll* and credited as editor on four episodes from that period.

His other credits include the 1975 miniseries *The Fight Against Slavery*, episodes of *Blue Peter Special Assignment* (as Mike Goldsmith) and *Tucker's Luck*, and further work on programmes such as *Chronicle* and *Arena*. He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his editing.
