Michael Horowitz is a television writer and producer. He worked as a staff writer and story editor on *Burn Notice* (2008–2013) and wrote episodes for the fifth season of *Prison Break* in 2017.

Horowitz has also written for *Complications* (2015), *The Gifted* (2017–2019), *Turner & Hooch* (2021) and *Duster* (2025). He has held producing positions on several of these series, including executive producer on *Prison Break* (2017) and *The Gifted*.
