Michael Lombard, born Michael Labombarda, was an American actor. He was born on 8 August 1934 in Brooklyn, New York, and died on 13 August 2020.

His parents, both from Giovinazzo, Bari, Italy, had emigrated and settled in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Lombard had a substantial stage career. He received a Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play for *Otherwise Engaged* in 1977 and won an Obie Award for Distinguished Performance by an Actor for *What's Wrong With This Picture?* in 1991. He also appeared in several Broadway productions, including revivals of *Awake and Sing!* and *Inherit the Wind*.

On screen, Lombard appeared in films including *Network* (1976), *Prizzi's Honor* (1985) as Rosario Filargi "Finlay", *Crocodile Dundee* (1986), *Pet Sematary* (1989), *The Devil's Advocate* (1997) and *The Thomas Crown Affair* (1999). His television credits include guest roles in *Miami Vice*, *The Cosby Show*, *Law & Order* and its spin-offs.
