Michael M. Ryan (19 March 1929 – 1 March 2017) was an American actor. Born in Wichita, Kansas, he trained at Saint Benedict's College in Atchison, Kansas, before pursuing a career in acting.

He was best known for playing John Randolph on the daytime serial *Another World* from 1964 until the character's death in 1979. His film credits include *Body Heat* (1981) as Miles Hardin, *Tootsie* (1982) and *Slayground* (1983). He also appeared in *Dynasty* (1981) and *Hunter* (1984) as Eric Van Aanholt.

A New York-based stage actor, Ryan had off-Broadway and Broadway roles, including in the 1976 play *Best Friend*. He played the lead in the early 1960s serial *Ben Jerrod*.
