Michael McCullers is an American writer and director. Born in 1971 in Alabama, he attended Indian Springs School near Birmingham and began his career as a writer on Saturday Night Live.

He co-wrote the screenplays for *Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me* (1999) and *Austin Powers in Goldmember* (2002). McCullers wrote and directed the comedy *Baby Mama* (2008), and directed an episode of the series *Parks and Recreation* (2009). He later contributed to animated features including *The Boss Baby* (2017) and *Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation* (2018).
