## Biography

Michael Narducci is a television writer and producer. He contributed as a writer on *The Vampire Diaries* (2009) from 2011 to 2013, also serving as executive story editor, co-producer and producer on the series.

He was showrunner of *The Originals* (2013) for its third and fourth seasons, having previously written episodes and acted as executive producer. Other writing credits include *Medium* (2005), *The 4400* (2004), *Superman & Lois* (2021) and *Archive 81* (2022).

Narducci was raised in Youngstown, Ohio. He attended Harvard University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in psychology, and received an MFA in creative writing from the University of Virginia. He has taught screenwriting at the Idyllwild Arts Academy and other institutions.
