Michael Oates Palmer is a television writer and producer. He contributed stories and served as a staff writer on *The West Wing* during its fourth and fifth seasons (2002–2003).

Palmer wrote episodes of *Shark* (2006–2007), for which he also acted as co-producer. His other writing credits include episodes of *Blind Justice* (2005), *In Justice* (2006), *Kyle XY* (2006), *Army Wives* (2007), *Cupid* (2009), *Rubicon* (2010) and *Crossbones* (2014). He has produced series including *Cupid*, *Rubicon*, *Crossbones* and *Condor* (2018–2020).
