Michael Percival was a British actor. His film roles included Percival in *A Fish Called Wanda* (1988), the Police Inspector in *101 Dalmatians* (1996), the Ant Keeper in *Fierce Creatures* (1997), and Moses Bognor in *Drowning by Numbers* (1988). He also appeared uncredited as a chef in *The Living Daylights* (1987).

On television, Percival played Joop Hoop de Hoop in *'Allo 'Allo!* (1984), an auctioneer in *Lovejoy* (1986), and an inspector in *Doctor Who* (2010). He was the long-term partner of actress Janet Fielding.
