## Biography

Michael Peterson is a television writer and producer. He began his career in production roles, working as a production assistant on *The Green Mile* (1999) and in the production department on *The Majestic* (2001), credited as Michael G. Peterson.

Peterson joined the writing staff of *Bones* (2005) in season 4 and rose to become co-showrunner with Jonathan Collier for seasons 11 and 12. He contributed numerous episodes as writer, teleplay writer and story editor across the series run. He has also written episodes of *Bull* (2016), *Tell Me a Story* (2018) and *Found* (2023), and served as co-executive producer on several of these series.

Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Peterson has worked extensively in American network television.
