Michael Pozen (also credited as Mike Pozen) was an American film and television editor. He worked extensively in television, editing episodes of series including *Gunsmoke* (1957–1958), *Ben Casey* (1962–1966) and *The Monkees* (1966–1968, 22 episodes).

His film credits include *Head* (1968). Pozen edited two episodes of the original *Mission: Impossible* series in 1966. He received a Primetime Emmy Award and was nominated on one other occasion. Pozen was born on 21 April 1920 in Minnesota and died on 9 August 1988 in Los Angeles.
