Michael Robbins (14 November 1930 – 11 December 1992) was an English actor. He is best known for playing Arthur Rudge, the sarcastic husband of Olive, in the sitcom *On the Buses* (1969–73) and its three film spin-offs.

Robbins appeared in numerous British television series, including a guest role as Mr. Bulstrode in *The Good Life* (1976). His other credits include *Doctor Who*, *The Avengers*, *The Sweeney*, *One Foot in the Grave* and *EastEnders*. Film roles include *The Pink Panther Strikes Again* (1976), *The Great Muppet Caper* (1981) and *Victor/Victoria* (1982). He was married to actress Hal Dyer.
