Michael Westmore II, also credited as Michael Westmore Jr., is an American film editor and makeup artist. He is the son of makeup designer Michael Westmore and a member of the Westmore family of Hollywood makeup artists.

Westmore worked as an assistant editor on *Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers* (1989) and as assistant editor on episodes of *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1994). He served as editor on 25 episodes of *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* from 1996 to 1999. He also contributed to prosthetics and electronics for *Star Trek* productions, including *Star Trek: First Contact* (1996).
