Michele Clapton is a British costume designer whose credits include both film and television. She has worked in the industry since 1989.

Clapton is best known for designing costumes on *Game of Thrones* (2011–2019) and for the first season of *The Crown* (2016). She won Primetime Emmy Awards for *Game of Thrones* in 2012, 2014 and 2016, and a further Emmy for *The Crown* in 2017. She has also received BAFTA Television Craft Awards for *The Devil's Whore* (2008) and *The Crown*.

Her other credits include *Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again* (2018), *The King's Man* (2021), *The Nevers* (2021–2023) and *The Peripheral* (2022).
