Miglen Mirtchev is a French actor of Bulgarian origin. He trained at the Conservatoire Supérieur d'Art Dramatique de Sofia and has lived and worked in France since 1984.

He has appeared in films including *The 100 Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared* (2013) as Vladimir Karpov, *Kursk* (2018) as Russian Captain Ivan Timoshenko, *The Translators* (2019) as Sergei, and *Consent* (2023) as Emil Cioran. Television credits include roles in *The Bureau* (2015–2018) and *Of Money and Blood* (2023). He is cast as Igor Rochenko in the 2026 film *Father Joe*.
