Miguel Gómez is a Colombian-American actor and rapper, also credited as Aztek Escobar and Tek. Born on 20 August 1985 in Cali, Colombia, he began his career in hip-hop and was the first artist signed to Jay-Z's Roc-La Familia label.

He transitioned to acting with a role in the 2012 FX series *Louie*. Gómez gained prominence for his performance as Augustin 'Gus' Elizalde in the FX horror series *The Strain* (2014–2017). His film work includes the role of Miguel 'Magic' Escobar in the 2015 boxing drama *Southpaw*, as well as appearances in *Megan Leavey* (2017) and *Blood in the Water* (2016).

On television he has appeared in *SMILF* (2017–2019), *L.A.'s Finest* (2019–2020) and *FBI: Most Wanted* (2021–2022) as Ivan Ortiz. He is also credited in *The Company You Keep* (2023) and *NCIS: Origins* (2024).
