Mike Barker is an American writer, producer and former voice actor. Born on 7 June 1968 in Los Angeles, California, he worked as a writer and producer on the early seasons of the animated series *Family Guy* (1999).

With writing partner Matt Weitzman, he co-created the animated series *American Dad!* (2005) alongside Seth MacFarlane. Barker served as executive producer and co-showrunner for the first ten seasons before departing in 2013. He contributed episodes to other series including *Off Centre* (2001), *The PJs* (1999) and *Father of the Pride* (2004), and provided voice work on both *Family Guy* and *American Dad!*.
