## Biography

Mike Daniels is an American television writer and producer. His first writing credit was on the CW series *One Tree Hill* in 2007. He went on to write episodes of *The Vampire Diaries* (2010–2011), *Pan Am* (2011–2012) and *Sons of Anarchy* (2012–2014), where he also held producer roles including co-executive producer.

Daniels created the 2019 NBC series *The Village* and has written for *Shades of Blue* (2016), *The Brave* (2017) and *Bluff City Law* (2019). He signed an overall deal with Universal Television in 2014. He is married to actress Michaela McManus.
