## Biography

Mike Desilets is an American television writer and producer. He began working on the animated series *Family Guy* (1999) in 2005 as an animation production assistant and later served as a writers' assistant, story editor and executive story editor.

Desilets received his first writing credits on the series in 2011, co-writing several episodes with Anthony Blasucci. He has since written or co-written additional episodes, including *The Book of Joe* (2014), *A Shot in the Dark* (2015) and *The Munchurian Candidate* (2022). He has also held producer roles on the show, including co-executive producer.
